As a certified Reiki and Breath work Doula, it is my goal  to provide preconception, prenatal, and postpartum services to mothers and their families. My expectation is to assist mom's to be,  and their famiies in experiencing the most natural and stress free conception and birth as possible. In addition to breathing and meditation techniques which will help in labor and dellivery,  I will assist with aligning and balancing mom and baby's energies.
